👍🏻 Back in Mauritius but this time, it’s not just for the white sand and rum.
Between business exploration, school visits, and a few quiet meetings, there’s a bigger picture forming… Stay tuned, something exciting is brewing 🏝️

👎🏻 Twelve hours to reach paradise… and if you want a comfortable seat, be ready to trade an arm (and maybe a leg) for it! ✈️

✍🏻 Mauritius grew 4.7% in 2024 and cooled inflation to 2.5% but with debt still high, the 2025 budget decided it was time to “pass the hat.” Personal taxes now run 0% to 20%, with a temporary 15% “thank you for being rich” levy on ultra-high earners. Corporates get their own treat: a 10% minimum tax in some sectors and a shiny new QDMTT (Qualified Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax) to keep global tax police happy. Paradise is still open for business, just expect the welcome drink to come with a receipt. 💸
