👍🏻 Our first property development project in Mauritius is progressing exactly as planned. This track record strengthens our conviction as we prepare for the next phase of expansion. 🏗️

✍🏻 The Africa Wealth Report 2025, released on 26 August 2025, shows Mauritius ranked as the 6th wealthiest country in Africa, yet leading the continent in high‑net‑worth individual (HNWI) growth: an impressive +63% increase over the past decade, surpassing other nations such as Rwanda (+48%) and Morocco (+40%). The island’s surge is attributed to its political stability, tax‑efficient regime, and a robust residence-by-investment programme, all drawing affluent individuals and capital into the market. In particular, its Black River district has experienced a phenomenal 105% growth in millionaire numbers, making it Africa’s fastest‑expanding millionaire hotspot, fueled in part by South Africans relocating for lifestyle and fiscal advantages, with luxury property markets in areas like Tamarin commanding prices around USD 4,500 per m² 🇲🇺
