👍🏻 For 3 years, we’ve had a cacao plantation in the Dominican Republic. Every January, the ritual with my daughter is the same: make our own chocolate. Long process. Sticky hands. Zero shortcuts. Still one of the most rewarding investments I know. 🍫

👎🏻 Never ask large institutions to help you take risks. Their job is to make decisions so complex that you end up doing… nothing. 😵‍💫

✍🏻 Watching the World Competition of Choux Farci, organised by Bernardaud, was a great reminder that entrepreneurship isn’t about chasing novelty… it’s about mastering the obvious. Same dish. Same rules. Totally different outcomes. Constraints don’t limit excellence; they reveal it. The best founders don’t reinvent the game every week… they execute the fundamentals better than anyone else. 🥬
