👎🏻 Unfortunately, the biggest institutions often move like oil tankers… impressive, but not exactly built for sharp turns when it matters most. Meanwhile, smaller players, powered by determination and resilience, keep proving a simple truth: you don’t need size to achieve big things… just the courage to move when others hesitate. 🙄

✍🏻 I spent a few days in Budapest this week revisiting real estate investments made five years ago perfectly timed. With the recent political shift and the end of a long-standing regime, a new cycle is emerging: renewed stability, stronger alignment with the European Union, and a visible influx of international investors. The signal is clear… confidence is returning, demand is rising, and the market is heating up, positioning this moment as a strategic entry point for those who understand where the momentum is heading. 🇭🇺
